For accountants

A new client, read in full in one morning: open letters, instalment plans, credits, VAT.

With access to the client’s Cassetto Fiscale, the company’s tax drawer at the Agenzia delle Entrate, FiscalPulse reads in one pass everything the Agenzia has already collected on that company and lays it out the way you would. Then it carries on every month, across all the clients you look after, and writes to you when a letter arrives or a deadline draws near.

Seven pieces of firm work the report does first

From taking on a client to the evidence statutory auditors ask for

Taking on a client, in a single reading

Taking on a client, in a single reading

A new client brings years of invoices, F24 tax payments, returns, letters and credits that have passed through different archives over time: the previous firm, the accounting software, the online portal.

With delegated access to the Cassetto Fiscale, the report reads them all together and hands you the starting position: open notices with amount and age, instalment plans with the payments left, available credits, VAT declared and paid. The first meeting starts from the numbers.

  • Every client’s notices, in one table

Letters from the Agenzia reach each client’s Cassetto Fiscale on different days, and checking them one by one takes hours.

The report gathers the notices of the previous days into a single summary email, with one table per client: type of letter, amount, deadline. You know at once whom to call first.

Settlement deadlines in one calendar

Settlement deadlines in one calendar

Every letter has its own cut-off date, and with dozens of clients that means dozens of calendars to keep in mind.

The report takes the date from every letter of every client and puts it into one calendar, with a reminder before it passes. An avviso bonario, the Agenzia’s notice of irregularity, paid within 60 days costs a third of the penalty.

Source consistency

CU, 770 and F24 cross-checked, tax codes traced

Withholdings certified in the CU employee certificates are compared with the 770 withholding return and with the F24 payments, and payroll cost is checked on three independent sources.

Payments from past years are traced to the right code too: an F24 paid with code 8906, abolished in 2023 and replaced by codes 8947 to 8953, is still read for what it was.

  • Every month, a good reason to talk to the client

A credit to use, a letter that has just arrived, a deadline coming up: every month the report gives you something concrete to tell the client.

With the report in copy, you make the call, with the summary of the period already prepared: three things that work, three to watch. It is AI for accountants in the most practical sense, because it does the reading and leaves the judgement to you.

  • Statutory auditors: the crisis alert and the monthly evidence

For companies where you sit as statutory auditor (sindaco) or external auditor, the report compares overdue VAT every month with the €20,000 threshold above which the Agenzia must report a possible crisis to you and to the directors.

Each month it also archives a register of early-warning indicators, which documents the company’s adeguati assetti, the organisational arrangements Italian law requires, and goes straight into your working papers.

  • Your firm as the appointed intermediary

Many clients do not have their Entratel or Fisconline credentials to hand, and the two delegations most companies use are already held by your firm and the payroll consultant.

As a partner accountant you can be the appointed intermediary who activates the report for them, with a small supplement on the subscription and without touching the existing delegations.

Questions

Do I need a Cassetto Fiscale delegation to use FiscalPulse for my clients?

You need access to the company’s Cassetto Fiscale: its own Entratel or Fisconline credentials, or a partner firm appointed as intermediary. The delegations the client has already given its accountant and its payroll consultant stay where they are. FiscalPulse’s access is read-only, never writes to the Cassetto Fiscale and can be revoked at any time.

What does it mean to become a partner accountant?

Your firm acts as the appointed intermediary for clients who have no credentials of their own, and activates the read-only report for them. The client pays the subscription plus a small supplement, and your firm receives in copy the reports and alerts of every client activated. Terms are set in an agreement after a first conversation.

Does the report take the place of the firm’s work?

No. It works alongside it. It reads what the Agenzia has received and puts it in order every month, while the judgement, the returns and the relationship with the client stay with you. The report reaches your firm in copy, so when a client calls about a letter you are already looking at it too.

What checks does the report run on withholdings and payments?

It compares withholdings certified in the CU with the 770 return and with the F24 payments made. It also checks payroll cost on these three sources and traces every past payment to the correct tax code, even when that code has since been abolished or replaced. Inconsistencies show up month by month, before anyone raises a query.

Is it useful for companies where I am statutory auditor or external auditor?

Yes. For each company the report keeps overdue VAT under watch against the €20,000 threshold above which the Agenzia reports a possible crisis, and archives a register of early-warning indicators every month. It is documentary evidence of the company’s adeguati assetti to file with your working papers.

How can an accounting firm use artificial intelligence?

The most useful way is to hand it the reading of documents and keep the judgement for yourself. FiscalPulse classifies and joins up twenty-two document types from the Cassetto Fiscale, with an engine in production for five years, and delivers to the firm a monthly report and alerts for each client, each with its source beside it.
