The Agenzia delle Entrate (the Italian Revenue Agency) sends it to the practice’s Cassetto. You get an email the day it appears, with the copy, the amount and the date by which to settle. If you correct it through ravvedimento (voluntary correction), the penalties are reduced.
The ISA score, explained in two lines
Your accountant already calculates it with the tax return.

The ISA is the Agenzia’s tax reliability rating, and the report shows it with the year it refers to, next to the threshold of 8 that gives access to the rewards. When the new year’s score arrives, you find it in that month’s report.

SDI is the national e-invoicing exchange. The ISA indices, however, are calculated on what the practice declares: fees, expenses, staff, equipment. The score runs from 1 to 10. Under ISA 2026, which covers tax year 2025, a score of 8 lets the practice offset direct-tax and IRAP credits up to €20,000 a year without the visto di conformità (an accountant’s certification), and from 9 the limits rise. The practice can use the year’s score or the average of the last two.

Questions
Where do I find my ISA score?
You find it in the Cassetto Fiscale, linked to the year’s tax return, and the accountant who prepared it knows it. FiscalPulse shows it in the report with the reference year, next to the reward threshold. You know where your practice stands without logging into the Agenzia’s portal.
What does an ISA score of 8 change?
With 8 or more the practice gets reward benefits. For tax year 2025, from a score of 8 no visto di conformità is needed to offset direct-tax and IRAP credits up to €20,000 a year, and from 9 the limits rise. The practice can use the year’s score or the average of the last two.
Does the report read patient invoices?
No. Healthcare services to individuals cannot be e-invoiced under D.Lgs. 81/2025, so they are not in the Cassetto. The report reads invoices from suppliers, labs and associates, invoices to funds, insurers and companies, F24 payments, returns and letters from the Agenzia.
What is a compliance letter?
It is a letter in which the Agenzia flags a figure that does not add up and invites you to correct it yourself. It states the anomaly, the year and the data compared. You can settle through ravvedimento at reduced penalties, or explain the figure with your accountant. The report alerts you the day it appears.
I am an associate in several practices: is it useful?
Yes, if you have a VAT number and a Cassetto Fiscale. The report reads the invoices you issue to each practice and shows each one’s share of your revenue. You also see letters from the Agenzia, F24 balance and advance payments with the amount ahead and, unless you are under the flat-rate regime (forfettario), your ISA score.
Does my accountant receive the report?
Yes, if you wish they get it in copy every month. The report adds to their work: you both see letters from the Agenzia on the same day, and you discuss the same ISA score with the same deadlines in front of you. They keep preparing returns and F24 payments as before.
