For companies with instalment plans running and notices from the Agenzia
Running instalment plans and notices from the Agenzia, kept in order before they turn into a tax bill.
An instalment plan started two years ago and an avviso bonario, the notice of irregularity the Agenzia delle Entrate (the Italian Revenue Agency) sends by PEC certified email, pass through many hands. The office, the accountant and the bank each see one part. Every month FiscalPulse counts, from your company’s F24 forms (the single form for Italian taxes and contributions), the instalments paid and those still due. Every notice appears with its deadline, and you get a reminder before each instalment.

How it works
Four steps, repeated every month

01We read the letters from the Agenzia.
Notices of irregularity, avvisi bonari and compliance letters land in the Cassetto Fiscale, your company’s tax drawer at the Agenzia, and enter the notices register with class, year, amount, settlement deadline and age.

The line “no open notices” appears only once the section has been read in full.

02We match them with the F24 payments.
Checked against the F24 payments made, each notice shows as paid, in instalments or still open.

For instalment plans, the instalment field of the F24 says which instalment was paid and how many remain.

03We recognise voluntary corrections.
Late payments settled through ravvedimento operoso (a voluntary correction with a reduced penalty) are recognised in the F24 forms and in the 770 withholding return, and the history of recent years appears next to payment regularity.

04We write to you before the deadline.
An email as soon as a letter arrives, with the copy attached, and a reminder before every instalment and every settlement deadline, with the amount and the penalty you avoid.
What changes for your company
What the report keeps in view for you

Sixty days to pay a third of the penalty, or to start instalments
Since 2025 an avviso bonario can be paid within 60 days of receipt with the penalty reduced to a third, and within the same term you can start paying it in instalments.

The report puts the deadline on page one, with the reduced penalty already calculated. Found late, the same notice goes to the tax collector with the full penalty and interest.

A reminder before every instalment
Quarterly instalments fall on dates nobody remembers by heart.
The report lists them among the month’s mandatory payments, next to the other F24 payments, and sends you a reminder with the amount before each one.

Instalments paid and left, read from the F24 forms
Every instalment plan paid by F24 appears with the instalments paid, those left, the remaining debt and the instalment interest, read from the instalment field of the form.

It is a debt to the State that no bank statement shows, and the report keeps it on a single line. In the sample construction company it comes to €46,800, with eight quarterly instalments still to pay.
The right payment, under the right code
Payment codes (codici tributo) change over the years, and an F24 filled in correctly three years ago may no longer be recognised today.
The report traces each payment to the right code and compares it with what the letter asked for. A code that no longer matches surfaces before it becomes a problem with the tax collector.
When letters start to repeat
Several letters to the same company a few months apart usually come before a tax bill.

The report sets them on a timeline, from the oldest to the most recent, so you see the series as it forms.
The €20,000 threshold under watch
Above €20,000 of VAT overdue and unpaid, the Agenzia must notify the company and its board of statutory auditors, if it has one.

The report tracks this figure every month and warns you well before, while there is still time for a ravvedimento operoso or an instalment plan.

How do I know how many instalments are left on a payment plan with the Agenzia delle Entrate?
Each instalment F24 shows the instalment number out of the total, for example 4/12. FiscalPulse reads it and shows instalments paid, instalments left and the remaining debt. The count updates every month, you get a reminder before the next instalment and the plan stays in the register until it shows as closed.
How long do you have to pay an avviso bonario?
Sixty days from receipt, for notices received from 2025 onwards. Within that term the penalty drops to a third and you can ask to pay in instalments. After it, the amounts go to the tax collector with the full penalty and interest. The report puts the deadline on page one and writes to you before it expires.
Can an avviso bonario be paid in instalments?
Yes, if you start paying within the notice’s deadline. Once the plan is running, the report counts every instalment paid by F24: you see how many are left, how much remains and when the next one is due, and you get a reminder a few days before.
What is the difference between an avviso bonario and ravvedimento operoso?
Ravvedimento operoso is the correction you make on your own initiative, before any notice arrives. An avviso bonario arrives when the Agenzia has already found the difference. The report recognises in the F24 forms and the 770 return the payments settled through ravvedimento, and writes to you as soon as a letter appears in the Cassetto Fiscale.
Do I need to connect my bank or accounting software?
No. The report only uses access to the Cassetto Fiscale, with the company’s Entratel or Fisconline credentials or through a partner accountant. Access is read-only and you revoke it whenever you like. Activation takes about half an hour and your accountant can receive the report in copy.
