For family businesses changing generation
Whoever takes over sees, from the first month, what the State already knows about the company.
The Cassetto Fiscale, the company’s tax drawer at the Agenzia delle Entrate (the Italian Revenue Agency), holds in writing what the person who ran the company kept in memory. FiscalPulse reads it every month and sends the same report to the generation leaving and the one coming in.

Credits and refunds left idle
Over many years a company builds up VAT credits and tax credits.

The person who followed them often kept track from memory. The report finds them in the Cassetto Fiscale, adds them up into a fiscal liquidity reserve and writes to you when a credit becomes usable or a refund stalls.

Debts, instalments and open notices in the first report
Old instalment plans and letters left in the Cassetto Fiscale sit on a single page.

Each has the amount, the instalments still to pay and the date to settle by. Paying an avviso bonario (the Agenzia’s notice of irregularity) within 60 days cuts the penalty to a third, and whoever comes in finds out in time.
How the company compares in its sector
Margin, payroll cost and customer concentration compared with companies under the same ATECO code.

ATECO is the Italian business activity classification, and spending is read by supplier category. The person coming in sees where the company is stronger than its competitors and where it spends more than they do, always in broad categories and never supplier by supplier.
The payment calendar, written down
The next VAT payment, F24 deadlines, tax prepayments and running instalments.

F24 is the single form for Italian taxes and contributions, and every amount is calculated on what the company actually collects. Every month the new generation finds the list ready, with the amounts beside it, without having to rebuild it by asking the person who came before.
A report both generations read together
Every month an email brings a verdict with three actions.

The full report opens with three things that work and three to watch. The person who built the company and the person who will run it have the same page in front of them, and neither has to explain the numbers to the other.
Who buys, and who has gone
The revenue bridge splits turnover into new, lost and long-standing customers.

It shows how much comes from new customers, how much was lost with those who left and how long-standing customers have changed. The report tells you when a long-standing customer is buying less, so you can call them before the relationship cools for good.
From day one, a record that you kept watch
Responsibility passes with the signature.

If signs of difficulty are missed, whoever runs the company can answer for it with their personal assets. Every report stays archived exactly as it was generated, and from the first month under your lead it shows that you were looking at the numbers.
Giulia shows what is inside and what reaches you every month.
The accountant who has looked after you keeps doing so.
Returns, F24 payments and tax choices stay with the accountant, who has known the company for years.

If you like, they receive the report in copy. Both generations and the accountant then work from the same document, and a letter from the Agenzia does not wait for the next family meeting.

Questions
How do you check a company’s tax debts before a generational handover?
You read them in the company’s Cassetto Fiscale, which holds notices, letters from the Agenzia, F24 payments and tax returns. FiscalPulse puts them on one page: open notices, instalment plans with the instalments left, declared VAT arrears and settlement dates. It needs the access granted by whoever represents the company today.
Who grants access to the Cassetto Fiscale during the handover?
Whoever represents the company today, with the Entratel or Fisconline credentials or by appointing one of our partner accountants for read-only access. The report can go to several people, so both the generation leaving and the one coming in receive it. Access is read-only and you can revoke it whenever you like.
Does the report take the accountant’s place in the handover?
No, it works alongside the accountant. They keep handling returns, F24 payments and tax choices, and can receive the report in copy. Every month the report gives the family a shared reading of the numbers, which helps most when decisions change hands and the person coming in needs to get up to speed quickly.
Can you see past years, or only the current month?
Past years too. On activation we read the history in the Cassetto Fiscale: invoices, payments, tax returns and letters. From the first report you find the comparison with the previous year, the customers gained and lost, the credits still to use and how regularly payments were made over recent years.
How much does the report cost?
€29 a month, or €289 a year, for companies with up to 2,000 invoices a year, and you can cancel whenever you like. The Cassetto Fiscale credentials or a partner accountant are enough: nothing to install, no account to connect, and the first report already includes the history.
