For finance and admin managers

Every letter, F24 and deadline in one tax calendar that keeps itself up to date.

Every month FiscalPulse reads the company’s Cassetto Fiscale and hands you the tax calendar already filled in: letters, F24 payments due, each LIPE next to its payment, and the credits you can still offset.

The F24 is the single form for Italian taxes and contributions, and its credit column should match the register whenever a credit offsets a payment. The report compares them every month and records any gap. Next to it you find the reserve of VAT and tax credits still available, ready for the next F24.

The Agenzia's letter, with the deadline already found

The Agenzia’s letter, with the deadline already found

A letter can reach the company’s PEC, the accountant’s inbox, or only the Cassetto Fiscale.

PEC is the company’s certified email address and the Cassetto Fiscale its tax drawer at the Agenzia delle Entrate. The letter passes through several hands, and each sees it on a different day. The report emails you as soon as the letter appears, with a copy attached and the amount. The settlement deadline, usually buried in the middle of the text, goes straight into the calendar.

  • The new notices from 28 July 2026, followed step by step

Since 28 July 2026 the “L’Agenzia scrive” section also receives automated notices.

These are partial assessment notices, settlement notices and self-correction decisions (autotutela). For each one the report shows where the procedure stands, from notification to payment, settlement by agreement or appeal, through to closure, and the total with penalties and interest. When a notice changes the picture, you get an email.

It covers F24 for VAT and INPS social security, tax advances, lease payments and instalment plans with the instalments left. For each LIPE, the quarterly VAT return, you see the VAT due and the payment that closes it, quarter by quarter, and before every deadline you get a reminder with the amount.

  • The out-of-scale invoice, flagged before you pay it

A purchase invoice far above the company’s usual level triggers an email.

The same goes for a large purchase split into several invoices from the same supplier, which line by line does not stand out. You have time to ask questions before you record it and pay it.

  • Withholdings, receipts and tax codes that change over the years

Withholdings in the CU employee certificates are compared with the 770 withholding return and the F24 payments of the period.

A mismatch surfaces before anyone else finds it. Every payment is also traced to the right tax code: code 8906, for example, was abolished in 2023 and replaced by codes 8947 to 8953, so a payment that was correct back then can look like something else today.

  • Month-end close has a date

The provisional report arrives on the 3rd.

It also flags invoices issued late that could distort the month. On the 18th the final report arrives, archived exactly as it was generated and ready to download whenever you need it, for an audit, a statutory auditor or a bank.

  • The accountant’s office gets the same alerts

If you want, the report and every alert also reach your accountant in copy.

When you call about a letter, they have already read it too, and the conversation starts from the solution.

These reach the Cassetto Fiscale by different routes: the accounting software, the accountant’s office, the bank, the online portals. The report starts from the same archive and gives it back to you sorted by due date, with the source beside every number.

Questions

What is in the report’s tax calendar?

Every mandatory payment of the company, sorted by date. F24 for VAT and INPS, tax advances, lease payments, instalment plans and letters from the Agenzia with their settlement deadline. Each entry shows the amount and the source, and before every deadline you get an email reminder with the amount and the penalty you avoid by paying on time.

How can a company keep track of letters from the Agenzia delle Entrate?

They appear in the “L’Agenzia scrive” section of the Cassetto Fiscale. With FiscalPulse you do not need to check it every day: as soon as a letter appears, you get an email with the letter attached, the amount, the reason and the settlement date. You do not depend on whoever opens the company’s PEC, and the report keeps the letter in view until it shows as closed.

Where do I find the receipts for F24 payments already made?

In the company’s Cassetto Fiscale, in the payments section. FiscalPulse reads the F24 forms and their receipts every month, traces each payment to the right tax code and matches it with the Agenzia’s letters. You see which notices show as paid, which are in instalments and which are still open, without downloading receipts one by one.

We have already paid, but a notice from the Agenzia has arrived. What do we need?

Proof of payment linked to the right letter. The report puts the F24 receipt in front of you, with date, amount and tax code, next to the letter it refers to. With these details your accountant can ask the Agenzia to correct its records, including through CIVIS, the Agenzia’s assistance channel for letters and notices.

When does the report arrive each month?

The provisional version arrives on the 3rd, the final one on the 18th. The final version is archived exactly as it was generated and can be downloaded whenever you need it. Letters from the Agenzia do not wait for the report: you get an email on the day they appear in the Cassetto Fiscale.

Does our accountant receive the same alerts?

Yes, if you want. The report and the alerts can reach the accountant’s office in copy, and they keep doing their job with the same numbers you see. The authorisations the company has already given its accountant and its payroll consultant stay where they are, and FiscalPulse’s access is read-only.
