For managing directors

One page a month with what your board, your bank and the Agenzia will read about the company.

Every month FiscalPulse reads the company’s Cassetto Fiscale and hands you the summary a managing director needs, with the signals to deal with before someone else notices them.

Margin, VAT compliance, customer concentration, recurring revenue and productivity compared with companies of the same ATECO code.

ATECO is the Italian activity classification, and results come as percentiles. The same comparison strengthens your position on the ISA, the Agenzia’s tax reliability index.

  • A summary ready for the board

Every report opens with the thesis of the period, three things that work and three to watch.

A stress test on losing the main recurring customer shows the revenue left in each scenario, in euros.

  • The €20,000 threshold and the algorithm reading your payments

Above €20,000 of overdue VAT, the Agenzia must report a possible crisis to the directors and to the statutory auditor.

The report warns you well before that, and it splits every fall in tax payments into lower revenue, a one-off purchase and a part still to explain, before the Agenzia’s algorithm draws its own conclusion.

The fiscal credit score is a complementary tool based on declared tax data. It is not a regulated credit rating within the meaning of Regulation (EC) No 1060/2009.

Preparing the monthly summary usually means asking several people for documents.

The admin office has the invoices, the accountant the F24 payments and returns, and whoever opens the PEC certified mailbox the letters. The Cassetto Fiscale already holds these documents together, and the report starts from there: the summary is ready before anyone asks for it.

Getting started

Set up in about half an hour, then it runs on its own

  1. 01

You give us access to the Cassetto Fiscale.

The company’s Entratel or Fisconline credentials are enough: these are the logins an Italian company uses with the Agenzia delle Entrate.

If you do not have them, we request them together through the company’s PEC, its certified email address, and they arrive in four to seven days. You can also appoint one of our partner accountants in Italy for read-only access.

  2. 02

    We read the full history.

Invoices, F24 payments, LIPE, tax returns, letters from the Agenzia and credit registers: twenty-two document types, joined into a single reading.

  3. 03

You receive the report every month, in English.

A provisional version on the 3rd and the final one on the 18th, archived and ready to download.

You also get an email every time the Agenzia writes to the company.

An Italian company spends between €5,000 and €50,000 a year on its accountant, admin staff and software to produce the data that lands in the Cassetto Fiscale. For €29 a month, that data works for you too.

Questions

What does the monthly report contain for a managing director?

A summary of the period with three things that work and three to watch. Then the idle tax cash, the revenue bridge, the comparison with sector peers, the tax score on six dimensions and the early-warning indicators, all read from the company’s Cassetto Fiscale, the tax drawer the Agenzia delle Entrate keeps for every Italian company.

When does the Agenzia delle Entrate report a company crisis to the directors?

When overdue, unpaid VAT goes above €20,000, the Agenzia must report it to the board of directors and to the supervisory body. The report keeps that figure under watch every month and warns you well before the threshold is reached.

Is the tax score a bank rating?

It is an analysis tool based on declared tax data, with six dimensions and published weights. It shows you how a lender would read the company, but it is not a regulated credit rating.

Does it work for a group with several companies?

Yes. Each company activates its own access and receives its own report, built on the same indicators, so the companies can be read side by side. The price is €29 a month per company. For groups with a hundred companies or more, we prepare a demo on your positions.
