For founders opening or running an Italian SRL
Read what the Italian State knows about your company, every month, in English.
FiscalPulse reads your SRL’s Cassetto Fiscale, its tax drawer at the Agenzia delle Entrate (the Italian Revenue Agency), and tells you every month in English what is due, what you are owed and which letters have arrived.

Five things every new Italian company meets in its first year
After registration, Italian tax runs on five recurring pieces. The report follows each one.
- Partita IVA
The Italian VAT registration number, eleven digits.

The Agenzia delle Entrate assigns it when the company registers, and it appears on every invoice and identifies the company in every tax record. If you trade with businesses in other EU countries, it must also be active in VIES, the EU register; the report shows its status.
- SDI e-invoicing
Since 2019 every invoice between Italian businesses passes through SDI, the national exchange.
It must pass before it is legally valid, and an invoice SDI rejects does not legally exist. This is why the Cassetto Fiscale holds all of them.
- F24
The single form for taxes and social security contributions.
Most payments fall due on the 16th of the month, and the report lists every F24 coming up, with amount and date.
- LIPE
The quarterly VAT return.
When the VAT declared in it does not match the VAT paid, the Agenzia writes to the company.
- Letters from the Agenzia
They land in the Cassetto Fiscale, in Italian.

An avviso bonario (the Agenzia’s notice of irregularity) costs a third of the penalty if paid within 60 days, and the full penalty if found late.
What you get every month
What the report follows while the company finds its feet

Credits you are owed
A young company often builds up VAT credits before its sales pick up.
It buys equipment and services first, and tax credits the Italian State has already recognised sit alongside them. They stay in the Cassetto Fiscale until someone uses them. The report totals them as a fiscal liquidity reserve and emails you when one can be used.

Every letter explained in English
A letter from the Agenzia can wait in the Cassetto Fiscale for weeks.
It is written in a language you may not read yet, so each one now reaches you by email with the original attached, the amount, the reason and the date to settle, explained in English, with a reminder before it expires.

Deadlines and amounts in advance
Every month you see what to set aside by the 16th.
That means the next VAT payment, the F24 payments due and the instalments of IRES, the 24% corporate income tax. You know ahead of time whether the cash covers them, which matters most in the months when revenue is still building.
An alert before a threshold is crossed
Some limits are easy to pass without noticing.
The report warns you as overdue VAT approaches €20,000, the level above which the Agenzia must formally alert the company to a possible crisis. For a young company with uneven cash, that warning comes while there is still room to act.
Customers and margins as the company grows
Letters, deadlines and payments are covered from the start.

As your invoice history builds up, the report adds the customer who is buying less, the share of your biggest customer and how your margins compare with Italian companies in the same sector.
A report for your first Italian credit line
A young company has no long financial history to show.

The report gives you a tax score across six dimensions, with published weights, and a version to hand to Italian banks and confidi (credit guarantee consortia), built on what the company has declared month by month.
A record that starts with your first month
Under Italian law a director must spot signs of trouble early.

The director answers for it with personal assets, and every report is archived as it was generated, starting with the first, so the record of what you followed builds up from the company’s early days.
Paolo, the founder, shows what headquarters sees every month.

Questions
Can FiscalPulse register my Italian company or get its VAT number?
No. Company registration and the partita IVA, the Italian VAT number, are handled by the notary and the accountant who set up the SRL. FiscalPulse starts once the company exists: from the first month it reads its Cassetto Fiscale and explains in English what is due and what has arrived.
When does a new Italian SRL start receiving the report?
From the first month after activation. Letters, deadlines and tax payments are followed straight away. Customer analysis, recurring revenue and the comparison with Italian peers fill in month by month as invoices accumulate. Every report is archived, so the company’s tax story is on record from its first month.
What is the Cassetto Fiscale?
It is your SRL’s online archive at the Agenzia delle Entrate, the Italian Revenue Agency. E-invoices, F24 payments, VAT returns, tax returns and letters from the Agenzia all end up there. FiscalPulse reads it with read-only access and sends you a monthly report in English.
What if I miss a letter from the Agenzia delle Entrate?
If it is an avviso bonario, you lose the reduced penalty and the amount goes to collection with the full penalty and interest. Paid within 60 days, or with instalments started within that term, the penalty is one third. FiscalPulse emails you each letter as soon as it appears in the Cassetto Fiscale, explained in English, and reminds you before the deadline.
What access do I need to activate it?
The company’s Entratel or Fisconline credentials, the logins Italian companies use with the Agenzia. If you do not have them, we request them together through the company’s PEC certified email, in four to seven days, or work through a partner accountant in Italy. Activation takes about half an hour.
