Italian law expects whoever runs a company to notice the signs of trouble in time, and the person who signs answers for it with their personal assets. Every report is archived exactly as it was generated, month after month.

The fiscal credit score is a complementary tool based on declared tax data. It is not a regulated credit rating within the meaning of Regulation (EC) No 1060/2009.

Getting started

Set up in about half an hour, then it runs on its own

  1. 01

You give us access to the Cassetto Fiscale.

The company’s Entratel or Fisconline credentials are enough: these are the logins an Italian company uses with the Agenzia delle Entrate.

If you do not have them, we request them together through the company’s PEC, its certified email address, and they arrive in four to seven days. You can also appoint one of our partner accountants in Italy for read-only access.

  2. 02

    We read the full history.

Invoices, F24 payments, LIPE, tax returns, letters from the Agenzia and credit registers: twenty-two document types, joined into a single reading.

  3. 03

You receive the report every month, in English.

A provisional version on the 3rd and the final one on the 18th, archived and ready to download.

An Italian company spends between €5,000 and €50,000 a year on its accountant, admin staff and software to produce the data that lands in the Cassetto Fiscale. For €29 a month, that data works for you too.

Questions

What can a business owner see in the company’s Cassetto Fiscale?

E-invoices issued and received, F24 tax payments with their receipts, VAT settlements, tax returns, letters from the Agenzia and credit registers. FiscalPulse reads these documents every month and sums them up in a report and in emails with amounts and deadlines, so you do not have to log in to the portal to see what has changed.

How do I know if the Agenzia delle Entrate has written to my company?

Letters appear in the “L’Agenzia scrive” section of the Cassetto Fiscale. With FiscalPulse you get an email as soon as one appears, with a copy of the letter, the amount, the reason and the date by which to settle it, plus a reminder before that date passes.

What happens if an avviso bonario is not paid within 60 days?

The company loses the reduction of the penalty to one third. The amount goes to collection with the full penalty and interest, and a payment demand (cartella) follows. That is why the report puts the 60-day deadline on page one and sends you a reminder before it runs out.

Do I need to connect my bank or my accounting software?

No. The company’s Cassetto Fiscale credentials are enough, or a partner accountant in Italy appointed for read-only access. There is no software to install and no account to connect. Access is read-only and you can revoke it whenever you want.

Can I use the report when I apply for a credit line?

Yes. Every month you get a version to present to banks, confidi (credit guarantee consortia) and leasing companies, with the tax score on six dimensions, your record of VAT and INPS social security payments and figures updated to the previous month.
