How it works
Give us access once, and the report arrives on its own every month.
FiscalPulse reads your Italian company’s Cassetto Fiscale, its tax drawer at the Agenzia delle Entrate (the Italian Revenue Agency), and sends you a monthly report in English. Setup takes about half an hour.
€29 a month · no software to install · read-only access you can revoke at any time

Giulia shows what is inside and what reaches you every month.

The price covers companies with up to 2,000 invoices a year, and signing up takes a few minutes.
02Give us access to the Cassetto Fiscale.
The company’s Entratel or Fisconline credentials are enough.

These are the logins an Italian company uses with the Agenzia. If you do not have them, we request them together through the company’s PEC, its certified email address, and they arrive in four to seven days. You can also appoint one of our partner accountants in Italy for read-only access. Any authorisations already held by your accountant and payroll consultant stay as they are.
03We read the full history.
Twenty-two document types, joined into one reading and checked before every report.

They include invoices, F24 payments (the single form for Italian taxes and contributions), LIPE (the quarterly VAT return), tax returns, letters from the Agenzia and credit registers.
04You receive the report and the emails.
The report arrives every month, provisional on the 3rd and final on the 18th.

An email tells you each time the Agenzia writes, and if you wish your accountant receives them in copy.
The monthly cycle
Provisional on the 3rd, final on the 18th
The provisional report for the month just closed arrives on the 3rd.
You see the trend straight away, including invoices issued late or all at once at month end. On the 18th, after the tax payment deadline on the 16th, the final report arrives. It stays archived exactly as it was generated and you can download it whenever you need it. The month’s close gets a fixed date, and every version states whether it is provisional or final.

01A letter from the Agenzia.
It reaches you as soon as it appears in the Cassetto Fiscale.
The Italian original is attached, with the amount, the reason and the settlement date explained in English. The same goes for newer formal acts, such as assessments, tax demands and self-correction decisions by the Agenzia, with the stage each one has reached. If several arrive together, one summary email collects them.
02A deadline getting close.
A reminder before the 60 days to pay an avviso bonario at the reduced penalty run out.
The avviso bonario is the Agenzia’s notice of irregularity, and reminders also come before other settlements, F24 payments and instalments, with the amount and the penalty you avoid.
03An out-of-scale invoice.
A supplier invoice far above your usual level.

The same goes for a large purchase split across several invoices.
04A customer slowing down.
A customer who buys less than usual.

You also hear as soon as one stops buying.

Above that level the Agenzia must notify the company, and its statutory auditor if it has one, of a possible crisis.
07The monthly verdict.

It also says whether cash covers it, and lists three things to do.
What we read
Twenty-two document types, from the same access
Each document on its own tells part of the story.

The report cross-checks them: for example, it compares payments with what was due and the LIPE with the invoices of the same period. Where a figure has been declared to the Italian State, it replaces the estimate, with the document and the year beside it.
Invoicing
E-invoices issued and received through SDI, the national e-invoicing exchange.

Also corrispettivi telematici, the daily retail takings sent electronically.
Payments
F24 payments and their receipts.
Returns
LIPE, the annual VAT return, the income tax return and the IRAP regional tax return.
Also Modello 770 (the annual withholding tax return), Certificazioni Uniche (CU, the annual income statements issued to employees), ISA (the Agenzia’s tax reliability index), the concordato preventivo biennale (a two-year advance agreement on taxable income) and dichiarazioni d’intento (VAT exemption declarations for regular exporters).
Registers
VAT credits, tax credits, non-repayable grants and the refunds record.
Also VIES status (the EU register of valid VAT numbers) and registered deeds.
Letters from the Agenzia
Compliance letters and notices of irregularity (avvisi bonari).

Also assessments and recovery acts, outcomes and formal objections.

Questions
How long does it take to set up FiscalPulse?
About half an hour, if you have the Italian company’s Entratel or Fisconline credentials. If they need to be requested, we do it together through the company’s PEC, and they arrive in four to seven days. You can also appoint one of our partner accountants in Italy for read-only access, without touching the authorisations already in place.
When does the report arrive each month?
The provisional version for the month just closed arrives on the 3rd, the final one on the 18th. The final report stays archived exactly as it was generated and can be downloaded whenever you need it. Between reports you get an email each time the Agenzia writes or a deadline gets close.
Which Cassetto Fiscale documents does the report read?
Twenty-two document types, joined into one reading. They include e-invoices and electronic retail takings, F24 payments and receipts, LIPE, VAT, income tax and IRAP returns, CU and Modello 770, ISA and the two-year agreement, credit and refund registers, VIES status, registered deeds and every letter from the Agenzia.
Can FiscalPulse change anything in our Cassetto Fiscale?
No. Access is read-only: we consult documents and never write to the Cassetto Fiscale or file anything for the company. You can withdraw access at any time, in a minute, and the reading stops from that moment. There is nothing to install and nothing to connect to your systems.
Do we still need to log in to the Cassetto Fiscale ourselves?
No. The report and the emails bring you what has changed: letters, deadlines, payments and credits, with amounts and dates, in English. The Agenzia’s portal remains available whenever you want to open an original document or check a detail, and every report names the document behind each number.
Does our accountant in Italy receive the same information?
Yes, if you wish. The report and the alerts can reach them in copy, so you and they work from the same figures when you speak. They keep doing their job as before, and the authorisations you have given them stay where they are.
