Benefits

What you get every month in the FiscalPulse report

Every item comes from data your company’s Cassetto Fiscale already holds. We’ve ranked them the way a business owner does: extra money first, then money saved, time, risks and trouble avoided.

01 · Earn more

More revenue, more credit, tax credits recovered

A cooling customer, flagged months ahead

We read your invoices customer by customer. If one who was worth a steady amount each month stops buying, you know three to six months before revenue drops.

How much you depend on your top customers

Every month we measure your top customers’ share of revenue and how much of it is truly recurring, with new and lost customers.

A certified report for banks and guarantee funds

To open or expand a credit line, bring a report built on data declared to the government, ready before you apply. It works for banks and for credit guarantee consortia (confidi).

Your credit standing, seen before the bank sees it

ISA score, VAT and INPS compliance, VIES status: the bank already checks them. Now you see them too, before you sit down at the table.

Tax credits stuck in the Cassetto Fiscale

Credits that were granted but never offset, VAT credits blocked for months: we put them front and center so they come back into your cash flow.

02 · Spend less

Fewer penalties, no surprise payments

The verdict in ten seconds

“Set this amount aside by the 16th: projected cash covers it, or it doesn’t.” Below it, the three actions to get there without stress.

June and November taxes, calculated early

How much to set aside for IRES, IRAP and VAT, based on what you actually collect and updated every month.

Tax notices paid on time

You have 30 days to pay a tax notice (avviso bonario) with the reduced penalty. The reminder arrives first, with the amount, the penalty you avoid and the option to pay in installments.

Out-of-pattern invoices and split purchases

An invoice well above your usual level, or a purchase divided into many invoices, reaches you by email with a dedicated alert.

VAT refunds under control

Refund requested, paid or held by an administrative stop: you see it right away, before it gets offset against a forgotten debt.

Every installment on one page

Leases, loans and tax installment plans: the fixed payments coming up in the next months and how much of your cash they take.

03 · Save time

Two minutes a month

One independent view

The Cassetto Fiscale already pulls together invoices, F24 payments, certifications and returns. You get the same view the tax agency has, organized and explained.

Nothing to set up

No bank to connect, no ERP to integrate: your Entratel credentials or a partner accountant are all it takes.

Every month, while the books are still open

The same facts that usually arrive a year later reach you the following month, while you can still act on them.

Questions in plain English

“How much VAT have I paid this year?” “Which suppliers grew the most?” Ask, and get the answer from your own data.

04 · Avoid risk

In sync with the Italian Revenue Agency

Every letter, read line by line

For a VAT letter you see what was due, what was paid and the gap, quarter by quarter; for a letter about card payments (POS), the month-by-month variance.

Lower tax payments, explained by you

If you pay less this year, the report breaks the difference down into lower revenue, one-off purchases and the part still to explain, before an algorithm interprets it for you.

Every deadline early, with the amount

F24 payments, deadlines set in agency letters, installments: everything goes into your calendar with the amount due.

New tax assessments, tracked to the end

Assessment notices, tax adjustments and corrections by the agency: for each one you see where it stands and the total with penalties and interest.

05 · Avoid disaster

Personal assets, financial distress, asset seizures

Documented oversight for directors

Directors’ personal assets are at stake. Every month the report keeps the early-warning indicators on file as proof of oversight.

Before the financial-distress report

Above €20,000 of overdue VAT, the agency reports the company as in distress, to you and to the statutory auditor. You know before you reach the threshold.

Payments checked before a seizure

An F24 payment filed under the wrong tax code may not stop collection. Matching each payment to the right code keeps a clerical error from becoming a real problem.

Repeat letters as a warning sign

Several letters to the same taxpayer often come before a formal tax bill (cartella). The report counts the ones you’ve received over time, so you can break the chain.

Email alerts

Emails that work for you

The report arrives once a month. The emails arrive when you need them:

  • an agency letter as soon as it arrives, with a copy attached, the amount and what to do;
  • a reminder before every deadline, with the penalty you avoid;
  • an out-of-scale invoice, or a group of invoices that adds up to a single purchase;
  • a customer who slows down or stops ordering;
  • a tax credit that becomes usable, a refund that gets paid;
  • a threshold getting close, like the overdue VAT one;
  • every month, the yes-or-no verdict with three actions, and your accountant copied if you want.
